Nyssa-Vale Nyssa and Vale are located in Estern Oregon. According to the 2010 US Census, the population of Nyssa is 3,267, with 60.5% of the population identifying as Hispanic. The population of Vale is 1,874 and the HIspanic population makes up 23.4% of the local population.
